A name, phone number, or address entered in a search box is submitted to the separate provider serving that result. Randolph Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those search entries on its own servers. If a visitor contacts us, the message and contact details supplied are used only to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Like most hosted services, the host may log an IP address, browser information, pages requested, and time of visit. Aggregate log information helps operate and troubleshoot the service. Cookies or similar tools may support basic measurement and, where used, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Technical and contact information is used to maintain the service, diagnose errors, understand overall traffic, and answer messages. We do not sell lists of visitors or construct individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Links may lead to government record portals, archives, library collections, or third-party search services. Each destination applies its own privacy practices to information entered there. That includes sponsored search results supplied by an outside company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers may process the technical logs needed to run the service. Analytics or advertising partners can receive the automatic information described above. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires it and not for unrelated purposes.
Safeguards and Retention
The connection is encrypted, and technical logs are retained only for the operational uses described here. No visitor accounts exist, so the service does not keep a password or account profile for a visitor.
Visitors Under Eighteen
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor has sent information so it can be removed.
Requests About Personal Data
Visitors may ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by the service. Because the service retains little information, a request normally involves the contact mailbox and relevant logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Massachusetts state, county, or municipal custodians are outside our control, and requests about those records belong with the responsible office.
