3. No Consumer Reports

The service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing published here, or returned by a linked search tool, is a consumer report. It may not be used to assess eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.

Government portals, archives, and sponsored search tools have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability, fees, or data handling.

5. No Guarantee

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties. We do not promise that information is accurate, complete, or current, or that an outside portal will remain available or give a correct result.

6. Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from use of the service or an external resource, including decisions based on records reached through it.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold the operators harmless from claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, caused by your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

8. Site Content

The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. A link to a page or a short attributed quotation is allowed. Republishing full pages or repeatedly copying the content is not allowed.

9. Revisions to Terms

The operators may revise these terms by posting a new version here. Using the service after the change takes effect means you accept the revision.

10. Restricting Access

Access may be limited or blocked, without notice, for a user who violates these terms or misuses the service.

11. Massachusetts Law

Massachusetts law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Requests for public records are separately governed by Massachusetts Public Records Law, including M.G.L. c. 66, § 10, and must be directed to the relevant public custodian.

12. Remaining Terms

If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
